This policy covers how Hive Botanics handles your personal information when you visit hivebotanics.com.au or contact us directly.

When Stripe payments are enabled, payment information is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored by Hive Botanics. We receive only the details needed to fulfil your order (your name, email address, and delivery address).
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site and how they find us (for example, from Instagram, TikTok, Google search, or our Google Business Profile).
