These terms apply when you purchase from or enquire with Hive Botanics (hivebotanics.com.au). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All Hive Botanics pieces are made to order. Once an order is confirmed, production begins. Please allow the timeframe given at enquiry — typically 5 to 10 business days — before the piece is ready for dispatch or collection.
Because each piece is handmade, there will be natural variation in materials, form, and character. This is not a defect — it is part of what makes the work.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are accepted before production begins. Once work has started, we may not be able to offer a full refund, but we will always try to find a fair outcome.
If your piece arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns on made-to-order items. If you are unsure about a piece, please ask before ordering — we are happy to answer questions.
We ship across Australia, with the exception of Tasmania, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory. Because our pieces contain live plants and soil, these three destinations fall under quarantine and biosecurity restrictions we're unable to ship through. We currently deliver to New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, and the ACT.
Delivery timeframes vary by location. We take care in packaging each piece, but once an order leaves our hands, transit times are outside our control.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
